NSAP is committed to serving all residents regardless of their financial circumstances. We offer flexible sliding scale fees and provide guidance for accessing financial assistance programs that will help pay for services needed to maintain health and quality of life. ​

North Shore Area Partners’ services are funded partially by grants, and these grants require that we ask clients to share in the cost of providing you this service.
What your contribution pays for.

Our rates are based on the actual costs associated with maintaining our home care program.

Your contribution helps cover the costs associated with providing services, including staff wages, mileage, insurance, license fees, and program management.
Cost Share Recommendations.

Our suggested cost share is determined from sliding scale fees based on your reported monthly income relative to the current federal poverty level.

These are guidelines only. Our highest priority is that you receive the care you need, and we will work with you to ensure there is an affordable option for each individual circumstance.
How do billing and payments work?

We will send you a monthly invoice for services rendered the prior month.

We accept payment via check or credit card (5% processing fee added).

If you or your loved one has Long Term Care Insurance, please call the office and our staff will be happy to assist you in navigating the insurance process.

We are licensed under the Elderly Waiver. If you’re not sure if you qualify, please contact our office.
